Admittedly, I can never manage to remember the dimensions of standard quilt sizes. So, to combat my own forgetfulness, here they are in a handy screenshot-friendly layout!

One thing to note is that these should be treated as guidelines, not hard and fast rules. You may want to add or subtract a couple inches here or there, or need to if you’re working on a repeating block pattern. Everyone has a personal preference when it comes to how much you like a quilt to drape over the side of the bed (or how large a throw quilt needs to be to be at its optimal cuddle-ability).
